At Pelican Shops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and leisure purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your provided return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks or barcodes.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
